New Home Construction Gallery

A new home overlooking Saquatucket Harbor.

This new build represents new home builders cape cod, with site planning, structural efficiency, and interior layouts designed specifically for the location.

This Dennis Port home reflects cape cod home builders managing space constraints through thoughtful layout decisions and integrated design planning.

Small Space

Wanting to tear down and start new is sometimes a challenge, even more so when you are required to alter the footprint to make it smaller! The main goal was to optimize each space in this less than 1200 sq ft home and keep with the nostalgic Cape Cod cottage charm our client first fell in love with.

Every Nook and Cranny

Working with Cotuit Bay Design, four bedrooms and three bathrooms were laid out in the plans and it was up to our Cape Cod designer to make best use of each space for storage and living. There were custom made built-ins in each room to avoid the need of bulky furniture, and to separate the down stairs room (kitchen, dining room and living room is all one room) without closing off any space. Soft colors were picked to keep the rooms light and airy.

What a Vision!

Living right on the beach has its perks! This beautiful seaside cottage has many accents from the original cottage, from the reclaimed antique heart pine floors to the v-groove bead board on the walls, this style portrays the cottage look. However, she added some flare with the v-shaped spindles on the stair case, amber glass pulls in the kitchen to match the amber granite countertop and some pops of vibrant colors throughout the home with her furnishings.

Designed for seasonal and extended use, this home illustrates how cape cod home builders adapt layouts to site limitations while maintaining long-term functionality.

Perfect location not so perfect house…

From generation to generation this house passed until it became rundown and falling apart at the seams. The clients saw this house and knew they had found their new home. The peaceful surroundings and rushing river spoke to the boaters within. Working with Northside Design Associates it was our goal to create the perfect home on this perfect lot.

Jazzing it Up!

Each selection made to outfit this kitchen was very carefully thought through. When using a lot of white in a kitchen creative designing and unique accessories are key to avoid your typical simple white kitchen. From the oval chrome hardware, and the distressed cherry kitchen island countertop, there is nothing less of spectacular in this kitchen!

A Place for Memories

As a mother of two growing boys, our client knew she wanted a home she and her husband could once retire to, but in the meantime she really wanted a home she could create everlasting memories in. This kitchen is a perfect example of having her dreams come true. The open feel, the calming color choices and the view of the river gives this kitchen exactly what it needed to be a memory maker for these clients.
