The owner, Kathy DeMeyer, has an excellent team. I was very fortunate to be assigned Jim Mallet as the project manager for my work. Jim really knows the business, is very hard working and fun to work with. Given that the house is a seasonal one for us and a large part of the work was done when we weren’t there, it was great to have Jim who was always on top of things and very responsive. He made a long distance project go very well.”

We have worked with Encore Construction multiple times over the course of 10 years, from converting our sunroom into a four-season room, whole home window replacement and even smaller projects like replacing a storm door and most recently, interior painting. The entire Encore team was so helpful through every phase of each project (design, flooring, lighting, etc.). Some things that stood out to us were their care in protecting the surrounding area, maintaining a neat workspace and finishing ahead of schedule and on budget. We would use Encore Construction again without hesitation!
