Great Location. Great Design. Outdated Interior. Our client came to us wanted to renovate the home to reflect his personal style with clean exterior designs, sophisticated interior designs and high end craftsmanship.
From the Studs Out
Since our client liked the original footprint of the home it was our job to renovate the home without taking away from the established characteristics. Working alongside of Northside Design Associates and Barbara Kotzen of Kotzen Interiors we were able to spearhead this project and allow it to evolve to what it has now become.
Modern and Refined
Updating the exterior and interior gave this house exactly what it was missing, a modern feel. The use of light colors on the walls and cabinetry really opened this house from its original dark wood cabinets and paint colors. A great place for our client to relax with his family.
